The salon is very calming. I find the staff extremely knowledgable and professional with up to date services available. I love the Sotheby's products but Raquel's also stocks a budget range which is fantastic.

Thank you for the continued good service at Rachels. I'm looking forward to experiencing the new laser machine. I was advised today 6-12 treatments are recommended to achieve the best results. Is like to suggest a reduced package offer if you purchase a program of 6+. Currently you revive a reduction of taken with facial (only). Thank you for the opportunity to provide suggestions.

I love the service here. I've been coming here since I was about 12/13 yrs old and I'm now 20 yrs old. Honestly I love the ladies who work here and I think they really care that the individual is satisfied with the services. !! I always boast to my friends that I go here and that they should try it - and most of them have and loved it too!
