The online booking system needs some work. I couldnt get the time I wanted which was fine but then I needed to call to find an alternative time. Although it gave a list of other days at that time, what I needed was a list of other times available on that DAY!

Excellent facial with great results, pleasant staff and environment. Rather noisy at times and as I was there for 2 hours listened to the same music over and over. Of course this is not a day spa so perhaps clients come and go and don't notice Enya playing on repeat! Wills come back for another facial.

I have been visiting the Raquel's Skin Care Salon for 16 years now and have been very happy with the service that has been provided by not only Raquel herself in the early years and now the new staff that she has employed. GREAT WORK GIRLS KEEP IT UP.

I had Gulsen today and she was so lovely and did a wonderful job. I often have dry stubborn hairs that won't come out, but she took the time to get them all. However, she was alone in the salon today and had to step out many times to talk to walk-in clients enquiring at the front desk. She did a wonderful job considering being in this situation, and was very understanding and patient, however it was frustrating as a client to have to stop and wait sometimes for 5-10 minutes during a treatment. It took a lot longer than it should have. Please consider having a minimum of two staff on at all times.

The treatment was great I just feel it wasn't 1hr as I went in on time got undressed then was laying there 10 mins before started
