I received a 2 hour pamper pack as a Mothers Day gift from my daughters who wanted their Mum to have a relaxing experience. I stressed this to the consultant. Whilst I had a fabulous massage and facial, I was bombarded with hard sell all the way through. I had an extremely difficult week at work and just wanted to unwind. I did not want to buy products, I just wanted my pamper session. My daughters were very sad that the hard sell occurred and I have asked them to not give me another voucher from your business.
