I have been happy with Pure Indulgence services and rate my experience high. Not this time - it was disappointing - I had eyebrow wax and colour ($37). I was there about 15 minutes (not 30 minutes as advertised). Usually I get nice massage on the eyebrows, get recommended products and specials. This time it was tint and wax - painful and no soothing massage. Colour on my brows is too dark and shape not good. Unfortunately the lighting in the premises was not good so didn't see the real colour until I got home. I am not sure if I will risk of going back to Mothers Day special. I would expect same level of service each time (no short cuts like it was done with my experience today). Not sure if I come back.

I often use your services and have always came out very happy with the results and price. Today however I was not happy at all with the way the girl did my eyebrows very poor don’t even look like they have been done. Normally after my previous appointments my score would be much higher sadly not today very poor job.

I had a 60 min massage unfortunately my therapist seem to use only a few moves that she repeated 10-13 times each (yes I counted). It was very repetitive and possibably the worst massage. The therapist was polite and friendly it just did not appear that she was experienced/trained in massage. I was very disappointed and based on this I would be very unlikely to recommend or return. Thank yiu

I got my legs waxed and the girl who didn’t them missed so many patches of hair, really disappointed with the service as the hair is very visible

I was very disappointed with the service that I received today. I understand that I was running a little late for my appointment due to the wet weather and the amount of traffic on the road and the line up of traffic entering the Sunshine Plaza car park but did not expect to arrive at the counter and be told that I could not have my requested treatment done as there was no time to allow for it. I was asked to book at a later time with a different staff member which I was unable to do. After expressing my disappointment I was put in to have my eyebrow wax and tint with one staff member then had to change rooms and have a different member tint my eyelashes. I did not find the experience relaxing at all, I found it rushed. I did not receive the usual head massage and came out with a very sore and red eye which has never happened to me before. Previously I have been the one sitting in the waiting room as they have been running behind but the one time I was late for good reason I was not treated in a way I would expect. I don't feel I should have been charged the full price considering I did not get the experience that I would usually receive. I feel there should be enough time between appointments to allow for times when either the client or staff member if running a little behind time.
