Every other time would come out after a massage feeling wow and that was worth it, but this time it was like just a ok massage, nothing special, 90% of the time was spent on the back. First time walking out feeling disappointed.

Other Pure Indulgence had nicer environment, better standards of pedicure, went longer, higher quality service

My regular masseuse left and since then the quality of service has not been very good. My massages have not had any variation nor have they served a purpose. They have been uncomfortable and boring. Even if I wanted a relaxing massage they aren't at all. I will be going else where as I have had three different staff and none of them have performed the massage the way I asked them to.

Unfortunately my regular lady was off sick which I wish I would have known and would have made appointment for another time! My experience is usually great but this time it was rushed, not as much attention to detail and I don't think she washed her hands after massaging my feet!

The entrance of the shop isnt very appealing to a indulgent spa experience. The room was very plain. Not much a of a relaxing ambiance. and I could hear the outside noise. The girl who did my massage was lovey , and did exactly as i wanted. I dont think i will go back any time soon. as it was quite expensive for a general massage. It would of being better to have a quiet and pretty ambiance. the rooms and the front store are not appealing.

I was treated great and the therapist was lovely however I feel that my service was not on a professional level at all. I was cold during the service & blankets were only placed on me at the end before my facial. My feet were out majority of the time which made me not feel comfortable and warm. The actual massage itself did not feel professional & didn’t feel like alot of effort was put into it. I feel like a person with no qualifications could do a way better job. After my appointment , there was white peeling products coming off my face and neck and it was clear that the cleanser/ exfoliant used was not properly removed before the moisturiser. During my appointment the salon was also quite loud, and I could hear outside the room. I came out of the salon feeling not the best and that I had to go home to take the rest of the white flakey product off my skin. I have had a way better experience here before hence why I was a returning customer. But I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received and will not be returning. I spent $178 and regretted it.
