I often get gift vouchers for luxurious spa at hotels from family/ friends. I rate pure indulgence North higher than any other spas available here on GC because of the quality of services I receive every time without a failure (especially my favourite beauty therapist!! Not naming her anymore because she gets booked out now !!!). Nicole the manger is unbelievably flexible with her service, understands individual needs and extremely professional. Thank you, keep up the great work ladies :)

I recently had an appointment with Bec at Robina North for my waxing and tinting of eyebrows and lashes. I was quite pleased with her professionalism and advice given throughout the consultation. Bec made sure that I was happy with what she had done with my eyebrows and asked me several times if I was happy with the look, before going any further. Her professionalism needs to be commended and I will be recommending her to my friends.

I received an eyebrow treatment from Stephanie tonight and she offered a heat bag and warm towel to place under my neck during the treatment. I often have treatments done at various Pure Indulgence salons however I have never had this offered before and really felt like it enhanced my eyebrow wax experience and I felt much more relaxed. I really enjoyed my experience at the Robina store and will definitely request her next visit.
