I was gifted a gift voucher for my birthday and decided on a deluxe hot oil pedicure and also booked shellac removal. The removal took at least 30 minutes and now I have a sore toe from repeated application of acid tone and filing. I was half sitting and half laying on a treatment table and when pedicure started half to bend my knees to put my feet in a large bowl filled with warm water that was lucky if it reached my ankles and that was my position for close to 1 hr with the therapist leaning against the bowl so it didn't fall off the bed whilst she was trying to complete what was supposed to be a pamper service, so uncomfortable. Also the entire time she was trying to remove the shellac she didn't stop talking and was definitely a glass half empty outlook on a lot of things. If you are going to charge premium prices for a deluxe service then provide that service.

The services have declined since moving to the new location. The experience of staff, is noticeable. Prices need to be a bit more competitive, and higher level of service.

I wouldn’t normally complete a survey after my treatment but this time I feel as though I should, just to let you know that my experience wasn’t what I would normally receive at Pure Indulgence. The beauty therapist was new she was lovely but during the treatment I felt as though she didn’t listen to what I wanted. She was very loud during the prep and cleaning up. She constantly dropped equipment. It was a very bizarre and I felt very awkward. If I hadn’t been coming to Pure Indulgence for years I wouldn’t be coming back if that was my first treatment.

Overall massage was just ok, considering how much the massage was $105 I could’ve gone to one of the Asian places for half the price. Music was the same sound for 40 seconds overlapped, started to get very annoying by the end of it. Wasn’t relaxing at all. When the masseuse was massaging my back I felt her leaning on me which is usually fine but it was a lot this time. I’m not giving them a complete bad review as I usually go there and get a particular lady and she is AMAZING! But she wasn’t available so I went with just anyone which I won’t do again.

I was told that if I couldn't make my spot ointment by 1 .10 I wouldn't been seen. I had to get permission to leave work early to make it in time . I arrived at least 8 min prior to appointment time only to be kept waiting for nearly 15 min !!!!! Having an eye brow wax is no big deal but it was the worst wax I have ever had , my brows look horrible . Will never go back to pure indulgence , have had previous bad experience when my 1 . 5 hour pamper package was over in 1.15 . Generally the staff are pretty unfriendly .

I received a $50 gift voucher as a gift and decided to use it towards a full leg wax before going on an overseas holiday. It was the biggest waste of money ever, I had to pay another salon to wax my legs the next day as I was so disappointed in the quality of the service I received. I can not believe I wasted $58.00 on a service that I needed to have redone. Very disappointed, you have lost my business!!
