I received the usual text reminding me of my appointment at 5.50pm, on the day I arrived 5 mins early and was then told by the new manager that my appointment was actually booked in for 6pm and that everything was running on time. However I wasn't seen until nearly 6.15pm. I don't mind that things were running late but I didn't appreciate being misinformed twice about the time of my appointment. I was waiting for almost half an hour when I could have spent that time running other errands in the complex. I've never had a problem before and I hope that by the time I come back for my next appointment things have settled down a bit.
