Have been coming for a few years now- always professional and all the girls are lovely. Annette, Emma, Amanda, Gabrielle. The staff are friendly and understand your visit means a lot to have a relaxing time away from your day to day hectic regime. Keep up the great work at north lakes store!!

Again, perfect service from Gabrielle at Northlakes - so professional, polite and extremely good at what she does! I only see her for my Brazilian as she is extremely thorough, she does a perfect job without fail every time and is the sweetest girl ever! Massive thanks :) it's a great feeling when you can trust someone to do a perfect job every time.

I did notice when I told the therapist that I would not be purchasing any skin care products (I only booked in for a brow wax) her demeanour changed and she was not quite as friendly anymore. I understand it is part of the therapists' job to try and sell each client retail but it should not be expected that every single customer can/ will be upsold. I also noticed that the cleanliness and presentation of the treatment room was not up to the same standard as previous visits I have had to the North Lakes salon. There were tint stains on the cabinetry, the floor needed a good vacuum, the towels on the bed looked old and were threading and the fake flower sitting on the bench would have been better off not being there it was in such poor shape.
