Lauren is amazing, she does my brows and lashes and she does an amazing job everytime! She is lovely and remembers everything I tell her! I can tell her if I don't feel like chatting and she let's me relax or she let's me talk non stop. Good value!

I booked completely the wrong date for myself and arrived a week early for my appointment. Knowing I had travelled from out of town,, Kat and the girls managed to find a way to squeeze me in anyway. That level of customer service is really hard to find! I will definitely be using Pure Indulgence Indooroopilly whenever I am in Brisbane!

I had the special facial today and i left very disappointed with the service that I received. The person that did my facial did not communicate with me what the package involved, did not explain the products that were applied on my face, the massage was longer than I expected and I received a scalp massage which if I knew was included, I would of opted out and asked them kindly not to touch my head. She also tried to sell me other things to add to the service and just felt like she had an agenda of getting me to pay for more things that I did not want. I have a very sensitive scalp and this massage was not only unwanted but left my hair all oily and I lost a lot of hair because of it. I went there to get a FACIAL and left feeling rather ripped off by the whole experience. I will not be coming back and I would not recommend this place to anymore.

The facial was great. The massage however was less than worth it. I was asked to advice the areas I wanted to be concentrated on. It’s save to say, that that was a waste of time, as they were barely considered. One area, neck, not even touched at all. And another two area got next to no attention. The areas I did not want got massages though. I have to say the massage was very disappointing.
