I go regularly for a facial and the treatments are always a pleasure! I feel very well looked after and the staff is considerate and careful with my sensitive skin. The day after a treatment, my skin is looking amazing and I feel like it too:) I would highly recommend the salon and the staff at Indooroopilly!

I have enjoyed many facials at Pure Indulgence over the years although my appointment on Saturday was the first time that everything felt rushed. The conversation was friendly but I felt like the underlying tone was to sell me as many products as possible rather than genuinely caring about my needs as a customer. I left the store spending nearly $500 (treatment and products that I normally use plus some recommend ). Not to mention the thousands of dollars spent in the store. Normally I don’t have an issue spending this kind of money although based on the treatment received and the feeling of being a dollar figure rather than a customer I might try a different Pure Indulgence or another business altogether.

I cannot fault the service, atmosphere, and professionalism of Pure Indulgence at Indooroopilly. The products are beautiful (yay, Yuva!!!) and the beds are comfortable. I love the soft music and lighting. My skin hasn't glowed like this since my 20s and I'm so grateful to Brooke for my facials, and to Letice for braving my pedicures. I've spoiled myself in various beauty salons/spas/etc - you're second to none! #verysatisfiedcustomer
