I felt that my experience was very business like and not warm personal or relaxing. I felt like I was constantly being upsold from what I wanted with a ridiculous amount of products being pushed at me. I felt like I was at one of thos awful time share/pyramid scheme conventions. The experience made me feel on edge and just annoyed.

I decided to have a spur of the moment pamper session while out shopping. They were able to get me in really quickly and before my facial, I was offered a glass of water or herbal tea. My therapist was very sweet but she didn't stop talking and upselling throughout the appointment. I knew going in that they always promote their products and that's okay, but I wanted an hour of pampering and quiet. I was told that my facial included a head and shoulder massage. My shoulders were squeezed twice and my head was painfully pressed into a couple of times. I did end up purchasing a few products that I was considering anyway. But I will not be going back to PI. It is far too focused on selling products. I did not leave feeling refreshed and pampered. I left feeling drained. This is not about the therapist herself; she is clearly just following company policy. But I won't be back.

I ended up bruised from the leg wax. The therapist did not hold me skin taught around my thigh area.

Too much hard selling from the girl I got and too many questions. Also didn't leave me enough time to get dressed in peace after appt, kept knocking 2 seconds after I said I wasn't quite ready then 2 secs after that knocked and came in without getting response from me first.

I wish the staff were friendly and approachable like they used to. The service was ok. I thought the vibe was a bit negative, I couldn't wait to leave out of that place.
