I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed in a massage before, Rebecca was not only fantastic at her skill in beauty but thrived in her communication skills with myself as a customer! I would return just for her and the way I felt welcome! It's a pity she's leaving! But from what I experienced the staff at pure indulgence Carindale go above and beyond to make the customers feel welcomed and comfortable! I'm excited for my next appointment!

I have been to the Pure Indulgence salon in Carindale previously and, once again, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff are friendly and professional and the beautician went through the treatment before we started and gave me options, but stressed that there was no obligation to add these options, to my treatment. A most enjoyable experience.

I had a wonderful experience as always with the luxury pedicure - the staff are amazing and I always leave feeling like a new woman! I used a voucher today but I was disappointed I couldn't use it on Sunday, according to your staff member who took the booking (and who was very polite). I know businesses reserve the right to accept vouchers at their discretion but no reason was given, just that 'it was policy'. But the experience today in salon was amazing so thank you
