The Pivot Point Academy Salon is a main-stay of Lonsdale street culture. Its doors have been open for business for 15 years and many of the clientele have been coming into the city to our salon for almost as long. Buoyed by the vibrant atmosphere, it is here that students put into practice their studies under close supervision of their mentors.
The salon has 30 workstations, clean modern décor, and a high end range of La Biosthetique products. The guidance of our experiences staff ensures that clients are rewarded with the highest level of customer service and a delightful experience.

I had a great service and loved the haircut. Only thing would like to mention is apprentice didn't fit me with plastic apron when washing hair at basin. I only had towel around my neck. Also more care and time needed when washing hair. I had two shampoos which was good but only took two or three massages around hair and done so next day found hair to be oily and requiring a wash again. Massage with conditioner was good though. Just need to take more time when washing hair as it was rushed. Overall a very good experience and loved how apprentice listened to what I wanted before starting haircut and followed through with what I asked for.
