The fee for the service was not explained to me at sty, even though the owner was there snd I was a new customer. It was more than I expected, though I was happy with my service.

My visits to Lattouf at Rouse Hill are always positive. It is a fun and friendly environment provided by the wonderful staff there. The owner and staff are always very accommodating - nothing is ever too much trouble. Great place !!

Normally the service here is great, Barry the owner regularly goes above and beyond to ensure clients are happy, offering tea coffee etc. Also Rebekkah is excellent always gives great service. This time i visited neither were there, no offering of coffee, salon freezing cold,no proactive styling advice given just asked what i normally get done. Other clients came in and asked what the stylist thought or if there was any inspiration magazines to look at, client was handed an i pad and told to search the internet. She had to call the girl back over for help when the internet was not connected. This particular staff kept referring to me as luv, sweetheart, honey...Not a great service experience. I will return but make sure i stick to my usual stylist.

Toni was brilliant cutting and blow drying my hair. My appointment for a manicure was 10:30 I was sent away at 10:22 for being too early. I returned at 10:30 and was not taken in until 10:50. The young manicurist was blunt and her equipment was not great. The area was not well maintained "too busy to empty the bin" " too busy to get that bulb fixed- it is hard to see the colours" Thankfully Toni (cut and blow dry) was amazing and made the trip better.
