I was incredibly nervous about colorizing my hair but Mel gave me fantastic advice and really listened to what I wanted. She took the time to do my hair well and I am completely happy with the outcome. Thank you. I just forgot to use my birthday voucher, which was one of the rreasons I initially booked. It would be great if it stayed on the system rather than in an email so that clients can be reminded. Thanks again for an excellent experience. I will definitely be back and referring to my friends.

Very happy with hair and spray tan. Very upset about the makeup. I came home and cried. Eye brows weren't filled in, no contour applied and no silver eye shadow like requested. Didn't look at all like the photo. I came home and applied my own.
