My overall experience was fabulous, however I normally have a fantastic head massage when my hair is getting washed, that didn’t occur at all, and I had to remind the lady washing my hair that I normally have a toner applied. The toner was then applied after conditioner had been applied and then rinsed off, my foils aren’t as noticeable as usual! Pheobie was very apologetic and said she would ensure I have a ten minute head massage on my next appointment! Kind regards Donna

Mikalya is an amazing Hair Dresser. Listens to your needs and advises on what is more suitable. The salon is a very friendly relaxing environment and i am always happy when i leave

Great place with amazing staff. Well worth it. I have had so many bad experiences with hair salons in the past but these ladies were great. They listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

The package was great value but the person that I was assigned not so much . Because I was new I figured being put with anyone would be fine but the lack of experience was very evident. My massage was boring , the facial I felt like I was being watermarked by the steam machine and it all just felt very rushed . I did have to wait nearly 50 minutes in between services but I understand its a busy time of year. Just a lack of experience was disappointing.
