I was a bit anxious coming in given the state of my hair. Phoebe did an amazing job understanding and listening to what I wanted, she made me super comfortable during the whole process. She transformed my hair beautifully, I’m very happy and feel so much more confident with my new hair! Thank you

I l9ve going to Insignia. All the staff are fantastic. Nat always does an amazing job on my hair. She is always professional and very knowledgeable. I always value her opinion. Nat along with the rest of the staff are fun to be around too. You always get a laugh with them. Thanks so much for always making my time at Insignia enjoyable.

Clare was an excellent technician and I really enjoyed her calm & gentle manner. She made me feel relaxed and was happy to talk and make jokes, or sit in silence. She listened to my requests and explained parts of the procedure, whilst delivering high-quality service. Claire's professionalism and friendliness makes me want to revisit Insignia again in future
