i am finding that the cost to have my hair coloured and cut is becoming quite expensive particularly for short hair and having compared with rates from other salons. The staff at HBS are always very friendly and helpful it is just the cost that I find is becoming quite high.

It was nice to see the beauty room had been given a fresh coat of paint and a general make over and I was very happy with the professional way that Ashley treated me. I was however extremely disappointed with the quality of the nail vanish that was used for as it was evident that this was very old stock when Ashley had to continually add nail polish thiner to it in order for it to be applied. As a result of this substandard vanish my pedicure did not dry sufficiently and ended up smudging. Perhaps it would be advisable to invest in new polishes and then to display them appropriately rather than having them all thrown into a basket.

My quote changed and i was not advised until payment. I should have been told previously. You can't quote someone and then change it so rude.

Loved the quality of my cut and my hairdresser was very professional and friendly. Had to wait a while due to an appointment mix up, but the staff handled it well and ensured I was comfortable while waiting.

I have been client for a number of years and now can never get booked i with the regular hairdresser anymore. I would have thought long standing clients they would try and accomodate.

Id like to thank you for the service but unfortunately was still unhappy with my hairstyle. I am at a wedding today and all my curls have dropped. I needed to redo it myself when i got home from the church. I was a little dissapointed.
