Always have and always will get my lash lift at HBS. Unfortunately this time the lift didn’t turn out too great and my beautician agreed. She explained to me that they are getting different products in soon because they aren’t happy with the results they are getting either. She told me that they would give me a discount on my next appointment to make up for the lift today which is really appreciated. Absolutely love the tint, gorgeous as always.

OMG! Words cannot even express how grateful I am for my experience at HBS! Hayley (I think that is her name) greeted me at reception and was so lovely throughout the rest of my visit even though she was not my stylist! My stylist Bri was sooo amazing, she was honest about what would work better with my hair, provided some pointers on how to style at home and was just overall so lovey to talk with! Both ladies really changed my mind on salon visits and very keen to come back in a few weeks for a touch up! Thank you so much Bri and Hayley! Definitely already told my sister about y’all!

Taylor was very professional and listened to what I wanted to achieve. The salon also provides an upfront quote with different options with pictures to show what to expect to allow you to decide your budget. Love my hair and the experience I had.

The vibes are amazing. Every person you interact with there is so friendly and warm. Going to the hairdresser has always made me feel very anxious but the atmosphere at HBS immediately puts me at ease x
