Before coming to HBS I had spent 10 years trying to find a hair dresser I liked. I had only found one before, in Ireland on the other side of the world. Here in Australia never gone back to a hair dresser more than a few times because I never enjoyed the experience. I hated bright lights over the wash sinks, feeling rushed through the appointment and no discussion about the health of my hair. My sister was having the same experiences, until one day she said she’d found THE PLACE and recommended HBS. I love my hair cuts now! All staff are always welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxing, I’m made to feel comfortable. Also my hair has NEVER been healthier or looked better. Whilst all my interactions with staff have been positive. I can’t speak highly enough of Rheannon. She got my hair through pregnancy, breastfeeding hair loss, growing out a fringe of 15 years and giving me confidence to try and style my hair. Although it does feel like a splurge, I understand the quality of service I am getting. Keep up the great work! I’m so grateful for the outstanding service.
