Very disappointed. My appointment today had been booked two months ago with known hairdresser. I have been seeing this girl for couple of mounths. On arrival was told by this hairdresser she could not see me today and i was to have an unknown hairdresser. Lovely girl but not experienced did my colour and dry. Not happy being treated this way.Has happened before and i didnt say anything. Today not good enough, this isnt valuing regulars. Considering not returning.
