I always receive great service from the girls in Port Macquarie. I feel that the entrance to the shop and the treatment rooms could do with an upgrade. I can't remember what the facial rooms are like.

I have only been going to ella bache for a short time, but the girls are so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Its hard when you change to a new salon but I feel like I found my new place to go. They always go above and beyond in their job 😀

Very happy with my massage by Alison. Just the right pressure - very relaxing but also got a lot of knots out. Alison also adjusted the pressure when I asked. Will return thank you.

The therapist was perfect in how she went about the treatment, I was there to relax and read my book and she let me do just that by not creating too much conversation. The only negative is the foot rest that is attached to the stool is higher than my seat, so my foot was a little flexed causing a bit of pain, I slouched down the seat a bit more so I was able to bend my knee more, but I think the seat should probably be higher so the foot isn’t having to be placed higher and then flexed to tend to the nails. This was nothing the therapist did wrong, she was great, it’s the design of the footrest/stool. Or maybe I’m just short. It was lovely treat and would recommend. My feet feel amazing.
