Ripped off! Why advertise something if that’s not the actual time?? I taken through to treatment room late, no apology, and when the massage had finished I felt rushed when checking out. I got a gift voucher and beyond disappointed.

I would of liked to be told if I’m going to have someone who needs more experience and doesn’t know what a full face wax is I still have hair on my neck and when I ask she said no that’s not included in a face but when I was there last time it was and when waxing a face she needs to pull the wax off the opposite direction of the way the hair grows so that it gets it all Last time I was here and had Lucy and Bella it was amazing service and today wasn’t

New customer. Paid $50 deposit prior to appt. Arrived at 9:30 as instructed to complete forms. Still waiting to be called in 30 mins later. Underarm wax, mani and pedi cost $183!!!! Really? Didn’t get my deposit off the charge. Went back to ask. Told they’d process it that day. I offered my credit card, not required they had my details. Told the credit would take 1-2 days to reflect on my account. Received a phone call today. When can I come in to arrange for the refund. Said I’d be in this afternoon. Asked if she needed my credit card, and she did. Told the refund is now 5 days. Very avg job on the nails and I expect much more for such an exorbitant fee, it also took three hours and my person ran out of time so another girl stepped in. I didn’t mind that, they were pleasant. But is this the way you treat a new client? I won’t be back, you’ve got competition. Perhaps you should get your game on if you want to charge such high prices. Very very disappointing.
