Dark knees and elbows. So uneven i has to go home and fix up with a tanning mit. Horrible atmosphere. Awkward experience.

My preferences were not followed by the therapist and the quality of service was not the same as I have received before. Ella Bache was my only choice for skin treatments before, but after this recent treatment, I probably will go somewhere else. I have referred a couple of family and friends to Ella Bache but will not do so anymore.

Went in for brow shape/wax and tint. The girl who treated me didn't introduce herself or ask me what I wanted done (what kind of shape etc). She started tinting my brows without even wiping down/disinfecting the area first or brushing my brows. Her waxing style was very rough and all over the place. Whilst she was nice, I won't be back for a brow service there.

The experience was uneventful but just very average . I asked for a eyebrow wax and that’s what I got . The end result was no different then the usual salon I go to for ten dollars less . I wasn’t greeted as a new customer . There were no services or products recommend and really very little conversation . Nothing really impressed me enough to come back .

My tan only lasted about 3 days, I felt the the woman doing the tan was in a rush the whole time and pointed at stuff and said her directions in a monotone, like yes I’m at work but it’s boring !

I booked for an eyebrow shape, wax and tint. No mapping of the brows were done and now my brows are different shapes. They are thin, over waxed and look horrid. Not happy and would not recommend plus never ever be back.
