We were created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed just as we are genetically different, the same holds true of our skin.

By far the worst relaxation massage I have ever had in my entire life. From the start and wanted to leave. She didn’t listen to what I asked for. Didn’t adjust the pillow under my legs or make me comfortable. She was at times tickling me and other times too firm. Was not relaxed at all. So disappointed . And the price you pay for this. Definitely not worth it. I have had many massages in the past and no wonder no one ever goes here. Always wondered what it would be like as it’s been there since I was young... now I know!

The messiest manicure I’ve ever had. Asked for the nails to be the same size. Never again, waste of time and money.

I won't ever come to Ella Bache again. You are upwelling by criticism. I didn't ask to venerated and I came to relax not spend have my appointment time being subjected to an unasked for criticism of my skin and an constant upsell. Your therapist was very good once she got to do the facial but I did not come there for your bs sakes procedures. I mean really! Then to top it off I'm recommended a product to buy as I leave? Clearly the poor woman had been forced into the practise of your rote upwelling but I've had it! I made it clear I was happy with my products, I don't come for a relaxing facial to be upsokd by critique and being berated. Take me off the mailing list I'm not interested in ever coming back
