The room was very cold and all’s I could hear was other staff having a catch up in the room next door. The therapist did apologise at the end of the appointment for the walls being paper thin. The room was so tiny the poor therapist was squeezing around the bed and knocking tools off the tray. Pedicure was great but I removed the varnish when I got home due to it being messy. The therapist also walked in on me getting dressed after the leaving the room a minute before so I left feeling abit embarrassed. The body scrub was nice and smelt amazing but Overall it wasn’t the best first experience and I highly doubt I would spend my money there again.

I have been coming to Ella Bache Cleveland every month for nearly 2 years and seeing the same therapist, Krista. The services have always been amazing though she is no longer with you so I received my next service from another therapist. I had the $90 extreme hydration facial which only lasted for 25 minutes without the massage I usually get. I still had makeup around my eyes when I left and was not given a sarong or baulster. I can no longer justify stretching the budget every month for these treatments.

Walking into the clinic i immediately didn’t like the vibe i got from staff. They were pretty apathetic. The clinician that collected me from the wait room and did the treatment was lovely but didn’t match the vibe of the other personnel. She seemed new as they asked to to let them know if she needed help. The treatment room was tiny, I don’t know how to do a massage when you can only stand on one side of the bed but the poor clinician managed. The clinic has a sign in the waiting room that asks patrons to be quiet please as services are in session but i listened to other staff talking the whole time during my massage. I won’t return to the clinic. Was quite happy to have thought bummer, don’t like this place, but since you asked for a survey response . Here ya go.

Some simple changes to the room environment would have made the massage experience better. It felt more suited to just beauty treatments. My experience would have been more relaxing and less distracting if - dim lights instead of fluorescent beauty lamp that was there - air con was very cool so I was quite cold with the oil in the massage - loud phone ringing In reception and answering machine on loud speaker during the massage - the therapist opened and closed drawers a lot and made quite a bit of noise during the massage which made it difficult to relax

The body scrub and facial were perfect. However, I had a speed pedicure. This treatment was administered after the body scrub and before the facial. Therefore, the polish should have dried properly if it was correctly applied. I came home after the treatments and put on socks and boots. When I took my socks off that night, they were stuck to my big toes on both feet. You can imagine what my pedicure looks like! I have pedicures regularly at another venue; this has never happened to me before. This procedure was one of three treatments my daughter treated me to for my birthday. I was very disappointed.
