Attention to detail, and client comfort is exceptional. Professional, friendly and a very clean salon. It is a beautiful sanctuary away from the busy world. A friendly environment to relax and enjoy such a range of different treatments of choice. I align with the science and philosophy behind Ella Bache’s products. As Mother Nature’s ingredients are perfect and are contained within the products, So naturally these products are both soothing and nourishing and feel beautiful on my skin.

One of the best experiences I have received in a LONG time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with two professional, friendly staff members who made me feel welcome straight away. I was taken to the treatment room that was well presented and even had a chocolate waiting for me on my robe. The facial treatment was something else, I have never felt so relaxed pampered or looked after in a long time. I have had many facial treatments over the years and I don't think they compared to this. The therapist was professional, cared about my skin and concerns but wasn't "pushy" at all. She was informative but knew I needed the relaxation side to it aswell. At the end of the treatment I presented with a beautiful tea and the therapist explained the correct products that would help my concerns, I was given samples to take home aswell which I loved! I will definitely coming back to Ella Bache Balwyn for my next facial - the over all experience was just fantastic and such lovely friendly staff. 10/10!!

Ella Bache Balwyn is the perfect Day Spa and Beauty Treatment Salon. The Salon is lovely and clean, and has friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. A great place to relax while you indulge in some “me time”. I had an amazing treatment, and had a choice of regular or shellac, pedicure, and manicure. I left with beautifully painted and durable nails. Definitely worth a visit!
