The masseuses were excellent but I was cold because the room was freezing In your brochure it says you can order food from the poolside - you can’t you have to cross your courtyard and order at the bar the swimming pool is falling apart I could not access the shampoo or conditioner the changing room was cramped

The massage was nice but the oil was freezing cold and it ruined the ambiance for me as I would relax then be hit with cold oil ! Not a nice feeling to be honest Strength of massage was lovely and I liked that they respected that I didn’t want to chat . Much appreciated The spa was a bit unsatisfying the water kept going out of it we had to refill 3 times until we realised that one of the plugs was not secured properly The lights in the spa shine right into your face , not pleasant . For the cost I expected a better level of quality and Nice warm oil !

This was not the first time I have attended this location, there was outside noise mainly talking while we were getting a massage which was not that relaxing and the men’s sauna was not working. The reception need to answer the phones r check for messages left on the answering machine instead of me ringing 3 times to book a massage. On a positive the pool was at a nice temperature.

There was a cockroach at the pool. The steam room needs refurbishing The cake platter was very tiny for two to share. The massage therapist was 10/10 however. I was relaxed. Value for money not there.

I’ve had many spa treatments in my life in Australia and overseas, this was my first visit to LM Spa and as I’m used to five star experience I was disappointed with the experience at this spa. Firstly there were rough road to get there and now my car requires a wash! My Moroccan steam experience was good, area for change and showers was disgusting and messy I don’t care that the place was busy these facilities need to be cleaned consistently. I was disappointed there was no disposable underwear for my three hour treatment, the music playing did my head in and I could barely relax, until almost half way that finally the staff member lowered the sound in treatment room, no aromatic scent anywhere, no candles or scent I asked for some aroma so I can feel the experience of three hour long! Unfortunately I didn’t feel it was worth the money, I was told when booking the Moroccan Melt that I could ask for change of massage like include a mask or scrub instead of 90mins continuous treatment. I was told I’ll have to pay extra so I declined. I don’t think I’ll return to this facility it felt like a leisure Centre because of people in and out of the pools and in the lounge there was a crowd. Nothing special about it, although the lady who treated me did her best and was nice and polite. I felt sorry for her doing three hours non stop! Anyhow definitely will go to eastern side of Melbourne for better spa experience next time.
