On arrival it was nice but then heading into the bathrooms it was very dirty and messy. Over flowing laundry baskets, dirt on the floor. Moving into the quiet area before the experience was lovely and peaceful. It was the perfect calming environment before heading into the room. Upon entering the room it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I thought the temp could just be changed however I waited for about 5-10 minutes of my massage time for the therapist to get a fan and then set it up. Once the treatment started it was quite noisy outside the room. I assume with other customers who were laughing and talking. Perhaps signs that ask for quiet due to treatments in progress. The treatment its self was lovely and I can’t fault. Afterwards we used the pool and returned to the showers which were also dirty and nowhere to put try clothing in the cubical. Cleanliness is what let my experience down.

I’ve been here before and have had a much better overall experience. This time was a bit different. I couldn’t relax a great amount just before the massage because workers were having a loud conversation/meeting in an adjacent room which didn’t set a great tone. Also, the massage itself was great for arms and legs but didn’t relieve any back or shoulder tension.

Overall we had a good day and enjoyed the 1hr massage . However I felt the premises is a bit run down and on arrival no run down of what we can do or expect so we just wondered around and found a nice guard who took us to a place for a nice lunch . We arrived at the Spa to see what we need to do and were just told to be back 15 minutes prior ,enquired about the pool and was told yes we could use the pool . We did use the pool and in the end we found out that we could get free towels and robes ... Questionnaire was completed not sure why as the areas we ticketed were not covered or discussed eg. I ticketed that I would like to know products used .. Staff seems overwhelmed and the pool area was tired with old used towels on bench seats for ages .. Did not feel like a calming place at all , I have had much better .

While I appreciate the efforts of your staff and the quality of the services provided, I feel compelled to address a concern I had about the cleanliness of the environment and facility. Firstly, I must commend your staff for their professionalism and attentiveness. The therapists were skilled and provided a relaxing experience, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Their excellent customer service contributed positively to my overall impression of your spa. However, I couldn't help but notice some cleanliness issues within the premises. There were instances where I observed unattended used towels and linens left in bathroom seemingly to dry the floor. Additionally, I noticed that the floors and common areas appeared dusty and in need of more thorough cleaning the grout is noticeably in need of cleaning, tiles are cracked. the Sauna room has a moldy odor and is unkept. It is important for a spa to provide a hygienic and pristine environment to ensure the comfort and well-being of its clients. I believe it is essential for a spa to prioritize this aspect of its operations. Cleanliness not only enhances the overall experience for clients but also promotes a sense of relaxation and tranquility. Investing in upgrades such as modernizing the decor, updating furniture, and improving lighting can contribute to creating a more inviting and rejuvenating atmosphere for your clients. Please note that my intention in providing this feedback is not to criticize but to offer constructive suggestions to help enhance the overall experience at your spa. I believe that addressing these cleanliness concerns and making necessary upgrades will further elevate the quality of your services and set you apart from competitors. The treatment and service I received was wonderful and very professional. I wasn't happy however that I had to go downstairs past 2 workmen in my gown (which was not designed for a plus size woman). The ambience was perfect, but I wonder if that may be partly used to hide the older decor and facilities in the waiting lounge. I have been there previously and the menu for treatments offered has definitely got less and the prices have soared.
