On arrival it was nice but then heading into the bathrooms it was very dirty and messy. Over flowing laundry baskets, dirt on the floor. Moving into the quiet area before the experience was lovely and peaceful. It was the perfect calming environment before heading into the room. Upon entering the room it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I thought the temp could just be changed however I waited for about 5-10 minutes of my massage time for the therapist to get a fan and then set it up. Once the treatment started it was quite noisy outside the room. I assume with other customers who were laughing and talking. Perhaps signs that ask for quiet due to treatments in progress. The treatment its self was lovely and I can’t fault. Afterwards we used the pool and returned to the showers which were also dirty and nowhere to put try clothing in the cubical. Cleanliness is what let my experience down.

LM Spa provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. Massage, rose quartz facial and hair treatment package was delightful and pure bliss.

I I have been to a few massages in my life but this one today was absolutely marvellous, so good. The person giving me the massage was so strong and thorough, right thru the whole body, it felt fantastic. I will be going there again for sure and next time I shall gonswimming in their very gorgeous pool. Nothing but the best.

Each time I come it is an amazing experience. I have had a positive experience every time and can't wait to visit again. The free use of the pool sets a lovely tone before going to have a treatment. I only have one suggestion to add. The downstairs waiting area has a lovely feel, the hot cup of tea, the t-light candles and large couch with pillows. However, I think a bit of something natural, greenery of some sort would give it a fresh brighter feel and would blend well with the surrounding gardens at the mansion and rose gardens. Even a TV with a forest landscape or waterfall would be lovely. Maybe some fake green plants scattered could work too. Thank you for your amazing spa experience.

Service from all staff was exceptional- so friendly, lovely and helpful. The building, tiles and things like rubber mats etc are very dated and show signs of age and wear.
