Service was second to none. The only feedback I can suggest is better selection of robe sizes to cater for larger sized clients. One size doesn’t cater for everyone unfortunately.

My daughter and I have just returned home from a spa weekend away at the The Mansion in Werribee Park. The Spa was a total highlight. Our room was above and near the spa entry meaning we could visit the Spa in our hotel dressing gowns - the Hamam was amazing - we did a 5.15pm session the night we arrived and one on the Sunday morning we left. Just the best thing - the body rubs provided, the jungle rain shower. Both of us felt the wonderful effects all weekend. We also had an incredible massage - I had a remedial and my therapist was brilliant - and a 30 minute hot oil scalp massage. Treated so well - every staff member was so friendly and helpful and in a low-key natural way. Great packages available and a great experience. I highly recommend!

Great experience the only thing I would say is get bigger robes. Being plus size I wasn’t able to cover up a lot…I did feel a little embarrassed especially coming out of the change rooms there was a guy there who stared a lot as I couldn’t cover up and it was a little embarrassing otherwise great massage

Hi overall experience was good. However I must mention the spa experience was not as good. When we were taken to the spa room before our massage we were told the bath temp was at 38 degrees. However when my daughter and I got into our baths we were both surprised at how the water was so mild, literally almost cold. We had to try and refill it with hot water ourselves. By the time we emptied some of the water out and refilled it to be warm enough the bubble bath was gone so it was just water. It took almost 10 min to refill the bath. So unfortunately the bath experience wasn't what we expected as it cut into our time. The music was loud and repetitive. The same song played over and over and to be honest it wasn't a relaxing sound. It wasn't until our massages that the therapist turned it off and changed the track. She also agreed it wasn't a relaxing track to listen to. Apart from that the therapist themselves were great. The massage and facial my daughter and I received were very good. Had we have had a nice spa experience I would give it a higher rating.
