I was very disappointed with the service I received today. My daughter purchased a package for me and today was Visit A with a French Facial. The girl who did my facial didn't even introduce herself to me so don't know her name. I didn't receive the: Professional Skin Analysis Brow enhancement lesson OR Skin Care and Product Consultation. The Massage was weak - I am used to the massage going around the neck. For some reason I received a scalp massage but it was pathetic but really messed my hair up. I believe the Consultant was going to show me the products when we were in the shop but by this time I was so disappointed I just paid the $45 and left. Sorry about that but I was upset! Hi. I was referred by a local business to you. Im newish to the area and was excited about finding a new local and accessible salon. Thats where my excitement ran out. I came early to my appointment, after advising that I did have a later appointment to make elsewhere. Half hour later I approached the team and asked if I should go and come back. As their lateness only allowed 15 /20 mins for a full leg wax. I was met with "lets look at your legs! Ill get it done in that time" I was ushered into a back room. Then door closed. I had to ask for a towel or something to cover up. I advised the woman I felt rushed and was guided on the table. At no time.was the delay expressed or acknowledged by staff. Whilst the beautician was nice, I expressed I was looking for a clinic.. but then I was amazed that another beautician kept coming into the room, opening the door, whilst I lay semi naked, and get items and leave the room.. on multiple occasions. I was then finished up and left the salon.. Whilst I was asked to check for "missed spots" the rush didnt allow time and I found patches missed when I got home. Now whilst I was grateful for the hot towel. I was going to ask for the pre wax service but given the delay I did not. I note I had a voucher but would not spend $50 on a leg wax, for that level of service..

I asked for an eye brow light tint and that I need it to look natural as I am an aged bloke ...the cost was advertised as $16 ... Darrell proceeded to wax the eye brow hair to “even them up” but I wanted them to look natural .. she assured me it would look good so I trusted her opinion .. when finished my eye brows look like a manicured lawn above my eyes and nearly black while I have white hair ... she advised that it would lighten after two days .. it has not lightened up and I look like an old transvestite with these manicured beautifully shaped eye brows which is the exact opposite to what I wanted !! Simply put I wanted just a light tint costing $16 but got charged $40 ... I will never recommend this business and in fact will bag it at every chance I get !! If I could get a refund then that might ease the pain of my disgusting look !!
