This feedback was on the hairdressing service. I was grateful for opportunity to have a free service but not overly impressed by the finished style. The hair washing was slightly rough, and styling not exactly what I had asked for. However, the overall experience was a positive one and the show bag a lovely touch. I have been very satisfied with other services received at Beauty and Bronze Camberwell, and I always find the staff very friendly/welcoming. Thanks

I genuinely love the vibe and feel of the salon, and every one is so friendly and always accommodating. I always leave loving my hair, with new life back into it however the last 2 visits I have left questioning the pricing. I have been very, very fortunate to have amazing offers of discount on those visits but I leave wondering "if that was full price, I would be paying what now?'l I've questioned it with friends on pricing they may pay for hair service and I'm lead to believe this is extreme. What normally would have been $182 for re-growth, some bleach run sparingly through the ends with hands and a wash & blow wave. I didn't have a hair cut at all. Unfortunately this has lead me to question my return.

Hey Tanielle, I've looked into our pricing as I was concerned you may have been overcharged however the cost for Tint and Foils is usually $130 not $182 (for your birthday you receive 30% off not 50% off). We'd hate to lose you so we'll follow up with you tomorrow over the phone to discuss further. Love Charlotte

Jess was lovely. My only critique is that there was still hair left after the brazilian. She ensured that there was as little pain as possible, and made me feel very comfortable.

I have always had a good experience at Beauty and Bronze. The girls are all lovely and always accommodate my last minute bookings as well. And the added bonus that's its close it my house helps too. I love the loyalty card program that the salon runs, find it very good and economical. Thanks team at Beauty and Bronze :-)
