The waxing is quick and high standard and the salon itself is clean and pleasant. However I do find it exhausting and mildly irritating having to contend with the constant chatter from extremely young beauticians who prattle endlessly about themselves! I am there to relax and I really have nothing in common with these young girls. Perhaps they should be trained to read the cues from the clients. This has happened to me every time and is almost enough to dissuade me from visiting again, despite all the other atributes of the salon. if this makes me sound grumpy then so be it. However I am always civil and polite- I just don't want to talk!!!

Delightful staff, great product, the salon is welcoming and modern. Everyone is lovely to me- even though I am a baby boomer. I never wait- all appointments are on time no matter how busy they are. All in all, no improvements are needed at all-as far as I'm concerned. I think I have been a customer for about 5 years. My hairdresser recommended B & B to me and I am happy to pass this on.
