Rooms very small and claustrophobic; everything else great!!

It was quite noisy and hard to relax due to people talking and you could hear words for word what was said. I wonder whether turning the music up may help to block out the noise at the front desk.

My appointment was for an eyebrow wax which went well. I was offered a lip wax being told that it was evident I had some need for it so I said ok (I have never had one before deeming it not necessary. - it was a casual offer. My objection with that was that at no time was it mentioned that there would be a charge of $20 so there was no choice on my part to go ahead. I think these things should be CLEARLY stated at the time. Perhaps you could consider this part of your policy. Thank you

When booking for this facial, I did request for extractions to be done. Also, just before the start of the facial, at the appointment I also mentioned extractions and that I'd like a clearer complexion. However, extractions did not take place at all. I questioned the therapist after, she said that she thought I didn't need to have extractions. However, she did not look at my skin or analyse it under a special light. At no stage did she tell me what my skin is like, what treatments or products would be beneficial for me. I would have appreciated knowing about her decision not to do the extractions before or at some stage during the facial, not at the very end when I asked why.

The salon was a bit cold today however the beautician kindly gave me a doona The beautician seemed distracted and business like and left the door open a couple of times during the treatment to deal with the phone Not the best experience I’ve had with Ella Bache, Beaumaris Thank you

I had a wonderful facial about 3 weeks ago with Sophie called "stop the clock". I was given a voucher and paid the difference , had a skin check by Sophie and a magnificent facial. She gave my feet and legs a scrub and a massage whilst under the LED light, a head massage and really used her time in the room completely on me, which I felt very special. I made the decision then to come back monthly and have other facials. I rebooked 3 weeks later but had to change my day and was put with another woman. I did ask on the phone if they do exactly the same and was assured they did. I confirmed by phone the day before and asked again and once again assured. The treatment I received on Saturday was not the same. I actually was feeling anxious most of the time and annoyed the treatment I booked was the same but the difference in therapists was huge. Why would they not all be trained to do the same? Perhaps she was new, I don't know , but based on that experience, I will not go back unless I see Sophie.
