I had a beautiful & relaxing treatment at Ella Bache in Beaumaris, it was just what I needed at the time. I must say though, the reason why I stopped attending Ella Bache in Mordialloc years ago was that everytime I attended the salon I was told that the quality of my skin was in bad condition & then would have the "hard" sell on Ella Bache products. I was actually using mostly Ella Bache products at the time & eventually grew tired of the ever pushy sales pitch. I also experienced the same "hard" sell after my appointment at Beaumaris, which created a negative impact on my visit. I have been a continual user of another beautician in Black Rock for some years now & never have the same experience or pushing of products on me at the end of my treatments & I much prefer that, more relaxed finish to what should only be a positive experience. Just a tip :)

I really enjoyed my visit to Ella Bache. It was exactly what I was hoping for, a period of time to relax and feel pampered. There were only one negative things I wish to highlight. That is upselling, now I totally understand the point of upselling, however I was upsold a treatment but wasn't told there was a price difference until I was undressed on the bed ready for my treatment, and I wasn't told the extent of the price difference, just 'it costs a little more', that cost was $50.

I get all my waxing done at Ella bache and i really like how professional and flexible they are with appointment/booking times. All staff are very friendly and they care for their clients and ensure clients are always happy with treatments.
