Claudia did a sensational massage!! The salon itself is lovely. Two issues: 1. When people buy gift vouchers, could you please have their name and the voucher saved in your system? I was supposed to use a voucher for this, had believed a record of it was at the salon but it wasn’t. I paid in full and the voucher has gone to waste sadly. 2. Im not sure if you changed the bed in your massage room I’ve been in twice now, but I am rather large build and 6’2 the bed was not really big enough for comfort. Also I have been left with a debilitating sore lower back. I believe it’s a result of my lower back being curved inwards for the duration of the massage whilst laying on my belly and I didn’t realise until it was time to get up that there was an issue. Im hoping it’s better by Monday when my husband goes back to work as I can’t lift my one year old and am having to use ice/heat and rest. I Cannot stand at all. Again I’m sure this is a result of the bed. Not the massage itself.

Both times I've been to Ella Bache, I've enjoyed a lovely treatment and fantastic service. THe only thing I will say is during my facial it sounded like someone was vacuuming next door this went for a period of time, was glad when it stopped and I could fully relax and enjoy the experience and when I had a massage I could hear lots of the noisy traffice from outside. maybe better sound proofing, although hard to achieve, perhaps vacuuming after clients have left?

I was happy with my eyebrow/eyelash tints and pedicure today. I was not 100% happy with my manicure as the dry skin surrounding my fingernails was not removed or treated and the manicure looked shabby. I had to tidy up my finger nails when I got home as the tiny bit of oil applied to them did nothing to alleviate the dryness. I am normally 100% satisfied with my Ella Bache treatments but this experience was disappointing.

Annabelle provided an excellent express pedicure. However I really wanted to use my birthday voucher for a deluxe pedicure (the reason it was given to me). I could only book an express pedicure online and made a note in the notes section that I would really like the deluxe. Sadly there wasn’t enough time available and I’ve had to book another time for my deluxe pedicure. I did try to phone and book during salon opening hours but the phone went to voicemail and directed to me book online- where you can’t book the deluxe pedicure.

In my Ultimate Package I had half hour back massage. Was asked would I like Soft Medium Firm massage I wanted firm. Was asked at start if massage was firm enough I said not really could you make it more firm harder on my muscles but the consultant struggled to be firmer! If they can’t do firm massage shouldn’t ask clients what they would prefer!
