Always an absolute pleasure to visit your lovely salon. All the staff are exceptionally talented, friendly and so darn nice! I feel valued as a customer and a person and look forward to wonderful conversation and personalised service. Every care is taken to make my experience authentic, memorable and relaxing. And by the way I love what Bec does with my hair and colour. The extra finishing touches are always noticed xx

As usual a lovely visit. Very friendly staff and a lovely environment. Rachael always does a great job and gives me exactly what I ask for. Customer loyalty card and rewards are an added bonus and I always look forward to the special treatment when it comes due!

I always look forward to my appointments at Cocos, either in the Hair salon or the Day Spa - today was no exception, and I wasnt disappointed. From the minute I walked through the door until I left, the whole experience was warm and welcoming. Can't wait to go back!!!
