I’ve never felt so comfortable walking into a salon. The service was incredible and Rachel is the loveliest woman around who happens to do amazing work!! My eyebrows are on point. Highly recommend

I have had my eyebrows done at Beauty By Rachel Lee 2-3 times over the last 2 years. I recently went back due to wanting a brow tidy up. A staff member (I will leave anonymous) did my eyebrow wax and before we began she held up a mirror to my eyebrows and went my problematic areas and what she planned to do before starting. I did enjoy this as I like to know I can trust the person doing my eyebrows and not feel scared that they are going to do something I don’t like. During the appointment I did feel a bit uncomfortable and judged about my eyebrows as my flaws in my eyebrows seemed to be repeated and when I would state that I’m trying to grow them out, I felt more judged. Overall the customer service was great, but my eyebrows at the end did not look neat or tidy, I still had a heap of baby hairs all around my brows which should of been waxed off. During the start of the appointment I did ask that they would be removed as this is basically the reason I wanted my eyebrows waxed to begin with I would go back again but not to the same staff member.

Today I had a appointment with Monica and left very happy with my eyebrow wax and also some help with my skin that I have been struggling with. Thanks for the friendly advice!!

Monica is an absolute saviour! She did the BEST job on my brows, I absolutely love them!

I currently have had a busy week and they allowed time for me after hours. The lady was very polite and did an amazing job waxing my brows!

Pleasurable experience as always, the staff are amazing , so friendly and excellent at their jobs . I love it there . Always walk out the door feeling a million bucks .
