Extremely happy with results. Highly professional, calming environment. Staff are approachable and knowledgeable. Service price rise not communicated - previous price still listed in pamphlet. Previous price very competitive, new pricing will affect frequency of visitation.

A very warm welcome and quite professional, as I have come to expect from my previous visits. My treatment this time was from a 'new' person and I am still waiting to see any real difference in the facial area treated with laser. I was told it would take some time, but previous treatments showed quite an improvement within a week. Will reserve judgement for another week or so!

The photo mapping software this year marked a huge number of my moles as having changed and this was NOT accurate. This resulted in extending the specialist consultation and examination to the frustration experienced by myself as well as Dr Dan. The whole purpose of having the yearly #can is to identify moles that have changed or new ones that have appeared. If it is not accurate it defeats the purpose.

I appreciate the survey provided and have always felt a valued client, but I think you need to clarify when you offer a discounted service. I was booked in to have filler and felt I could financially achieve this service with the 25% discount offered on fillers but when I was told the cost I realised this was only a 5% discount. You need to be a vip to get the discount but the discount is only on the walk in clients price. I did discuss this with staff.
