Upstairs: The team at Luminosity are always courteous, thoughtful and their professional knowledge seems sound. Downstairs: My only disappointment is that when I enjoyed a full facial LY (that part was good)- as a first timer I had to keep asking "which product is that you are now using" - I thought that would be a hint and a given to explain what was being used, particularly as I had requested a 'script' of products to be formulated for me. In fact I had requested (3 times) that these be emailed to me and gave up in the end. Therefore never booked another facial and go elsewhere.

At the first visit I don't feel the price was fully discussed but I could be wrong. There was a price list on display in the waiting room. Maybe before the treatment today I should have been reminded.

Hard to comment on the service as my first appointment was only a consult. Kathy and her staff are all stylishly elegant women working in what appears to be a very professional salon. Looking forward to my first service, I am sure I wont be disappointed.

Extremely happy with results. Highly professional, calming environment. Staff are approachable and knowledgeable. Service price rise not communicated - previous price still listed in pamphlet. Previous price very competitive, new pricing will affect frequency of visitation.

A very warm welcome and quite professional, as I have come to expect from my previous visits. My treatment this time was from a 'new' person and I am still waiting to see any real difference in the facial area treated with laser. I was told it would take some time, but previous treatments showed quite an improvement within a week. Will reserve judgement for another week or so!
