I was offered coffee but it never arrived. No other drinks were offered and the salon was very hot. I felt my appointment was rushed and the hairdresser spent a lot of time talking to other staff rather than me.

They blow dry my hire, was very hot, didn't say sorry. No please or thank you at all. The color I've got was totally different to the one I asked, it was over toned, but she said because I said I only have 2-3 hours, time was tight. The receptionist was not very polite to Asian customers.

I did go in for a colour today and I received good advice around that however when it came to the blowdry there was no consultation and I usually like my blowdry to be wavy/bouncy and not dead straight. Also when I went to pay I had to ask for my $50 reduction which luckily I had as it would have been very expensive for a colour and fairly plain blowdry. On the up side it was quick and efficient but the services are getting very expensive. Thanks

I was hoping to get a nice balayage but ended up more with streaky highlights. Don't like it very much
