I usually have amazing experiences at djurra and have received wonderful advice that has fully healed my hair, this is why I love coming back over the years. However, I went in for a fringe trim this morning and it felt like I was rushed in and out and not listened to when trying to explain how I would like my fringe. It’s not come out the way I wanted and tried to describe and was done with one big chop to each side and my fringe wasn’t separated out of my hair properly so still have bits of fringe that went uncut. Feeling a bit like a pilgrim boy. I understand the fringe trims are a free service for returning customers and am grateful for the time but can’t help feel frustrated with the outcome. I still look forward to returning however and having a better experience that I know djurra provides. :)

The price is a bit expensive and is creeping up. I realise the standard is high but I still think T least for the regulars there should be some reward scheme.

I was a bit disappointed that I did not get the stylist that I requested. I chose to come to this salon on the recommendation of a friend particularly for the stylist Corrine. Chelsea did a good job but I was really expecting a more experienced stylist to give me more advice.

Unfortunatly I had to wait a long time before I was attended to for Hairtreatment. The result is as i expected, it was very well done, but i feeled i was squeezed in between other treatment. But overall it was a good experience jut it took to long.Thank you

On my last visit I had a fringe trim - hence the low score for professional advice otherwise I thoroughly enjoy every visit to the salon.

Salon environment and customer service was great. But was charged more for the service than price list and service lasted all for 8 minutes rather than 15 as estimated.
