Normally the brow tint is great but didn't get the person I booked with. Wasn't great this time. Not the colour I asked for and rushed and not very carefull....didn't really listen to what I wanted. Every other time it has been great. Great place otherwise. Seems trivial...but man, it's xmas and my brows are on my face...right, as constant reminder of what can go wrong.

The location and service are first class - and duly reflected in the pricing. While I enjoyed the luxury, it was expensive and the outcome rather disappointing. On my return to the salon the next day the stylist 'fixed' the cut and we have had discussion on how to 'fix' the colour.

Disappointed, have been with you since 6 weeks after opening, service has definitely dropped. No complaints about the colour and cut. The pampering was not there this time. Not offered magazines, vedic tea was cold, asked for a glass of water but not provided. Have not been asked for a makeup refresh at the end of hair appointment for at least 3 visits. I used to always feel great when leaving the salon ... not so great the last few visits.

It was really hit and miss. I was left alone waiting for various things for what felt like a long time. When people were with me, it was fine, but arrival and in between services wasn't particularly welcoming.

No product sales post the cut and colour. Felice is great.

For the most part a lovely salon with a relaxing feel and great staff who give personalized feel. Last two visits were a little underwhelming with new staff not as engaging, colorist didn't come and check color, no magazines or tea offered as is usually, which normally sets the experience apart from other salons. Lovely products and spa lady Melissa is fantastic.
