I am a fairly new customer to your business. The first time I had a cut and was more than pleased with every aspect of my experience. More recently I came in for a colour, and while I am happy with the colour itself, I feel certain aspects of the service could do with some attention. Firstly, the young man who rinsed me asked did I want a head massage as well. I told him "no thanks", and he then did it anyway, and then proceeded to ask me did I like it?! I was then blow-dried by someone else, a very nice person, but she spent all of one minute doing it. I felt as though I couldn't be shunted out the door any faster. On the positive side, your personnel are very polite and friendly, and the refreshments are more than welcome.

My two teenage boys and I have been coming to Sfumato now for six years now. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly and it's always a pleasure to be here. During our six years of visits, we have observed that lots of other customers feel the same way!

I've been a client at Sfumato for over 2 years now. I love the whole experience, it's a beautiful, clean and trendy salon with great stylists who are very professional and fun and always make me feel welcome and a valued customer. I am never given the 'hard sell' to buy products but am always given expert advice when I ask about the products they are using and what they recommend for me to use at home. Definitely have recommended and referred many friends and will continue to do so! Wayne and his staff are fantastic!
