I have been getting Sam to cut my hair for a while now and she always does a great job and takes care to do what I want - not what she thinks I should have (which is what some hairdressers do) Bree is my colourist and she is also amazing - cannot fault the both of them. I rated value for money a 7 only because I can't believe how much it costs but that's life I guess! If I could make one suggestion - the basins! Those things are soooo uncomfortable! Makes it hard to enjoy a massage when your neck is breaking! Top marks to Bree and Sam and all the people who work there, I always feel very well looked after.

As always, great atmosphere, friendly staff who listen, give suggestions and are hair artists! I have been going to the salon for many years and always have a cut and colour I love. High quality colours and products used. The heated, massaging chairs and real coffee are an added bonus!

I had previously booked into a salon across the road,I found it in the yellow pages and booked because it was reasonably priced ( I am retired),but one look inside and I knew I had made a mistake.So took a punt and came over to you.Right from the start I knew I had made the right decision, the lady on the front desk was very professional and very friendly. Kellie was lovely and I am very pleased with the result. When I got the email about the $10 I was very surprised,I have never experienced that sort of service before. Well done Sfumato!!! Sue Butler

Generally do not spend a lot of time or money on my personal presentation, but do love when I visit that I walk out looking fresh and tidy (if only for a few weeks) and I love the friendly service. Thank you.
