The staff (especially Belinda and Faraad) are very friendly and helpful. It is a pity that management do not listen to the staff or patrons. I would suggest that a greater effort with cleaning should occur - black mould and chewing gum in the showers, bandaids left in the shower, white stuff in the cold plunge pool, excess hair left in the plunge pool filters. The shower curtains in the mens section do not match the decor and make it look cheap. There are only two decent shower heads in the men’s bathhouse. The covering of the sauna window has made it very dark and unsafe when the lights are turned off. The sauna heat also needs turning down. The blue light bulb over the cold plunge pool needs replacing. A decent water cooler in the mens area is needed. Maintenance is not that hard!!!

The over all experience was a wonderful way to relax, pamper ourselves and indulge for a no-awaited self-care day. The massage was relaxing but it would have been great to have a remedial option with someone more qualified to help with ongoing pain issues I have.

I visit the sauna/ bathhouse n regularly. It's a great way to wind down. However, the price goes up, but the quality is down. The floors are dirty dirty, and haven't been cleaned in ages. Shaving mirrors also need cleaning and soaps need to be restocked.

The spin dryer hasn't worked for months. Now that we have to wear shorts in the men's bath house, it would be essential that we have a dryer to dry our shorts. The sauna feels a bit claustrophobic with the window blocked.

The environment is exactly how it looks in the photos on the website. Although the men's sauna is too dark and sometimes, a few of the men there would stare at you. Most of them were overweight and naked. Made me feel uncomfortable as they were the serious type who didn't want to talk. Some of the younger guys were more talkative and friendly. The hot plunge pool is not very warm, my guess would be around 30C at max, and the cold pool is just at room temperature. The Common steam room smelt like a dirty laundry basket. The gym was great, and the common swimming pool is excellent. Locker rooms and showers are good and the toilets were clean. The front desk lady was very friendly.
