Hi, Aquarius is a great place to spend time in, with very nice staff however I see a room for improvement to make this place even better. This relates to the man dedicated area. 1. It would be great to have a thermometer in the dry sauna to control better how long an individual can stay inside. Looks like some days it's hotter some days it's colder so that would give help to work out how long time to spend in and be safe. 2. I've seen a lot of men sitting in the sauna directly on the seats bare bum without a towel, which isn't hygienic at all. I think there should be a sign inside the sauna asking people to always sit on towels. The signs with writing seem not to work well as not many people read them. The signs would be much better with a simple drawing. 3. I've seen a lot of men going from the sauna straight in the cold plunge pool with no shower in between. Again, a sign with a shower symbol and 'Please shower before entering pool' placed in the plunge pool's wall would make a big difference. This relates to point 2 & 3 - a lot of new people do that and I think all new people should be told those rules by the Aquarius staff during the initial tour with the clients. 5. I've seen a number of times a ball of hair in the plunge pools, either stuck to the filter or just swimming around which isn't very nice. I think it needs to be checked/cleaned more frequently. 6. I wish the cold water in the plunge pool was cooler. After a session in the sauna, it's hard to cool down properly. 7. The lockers are often quite dirty inside from shoes and they should be wiped down more often. 8. The locker locks often don't work easy and it takes a few attempts to open/close them. Those things would really make a difference and make this place much better. Thank you very much.

I love that there’s a Korean style spa in Brisbane. The staff are always really nice. Recently they changed the rules to no nudity in the mens area which is a shame. Since then the mens pools are becoming less clean with sand in the bottom from everyone wearing shorts, and it was nice to have a place where nudity is accepted when it’s so normal in other cultures in the world. There’s some wear and tear in the venue like the timers in the sauna missing, and bathers dryer/spinner not working, but overall it’s great value for money.

Great day spa and have visited multiple times now for a relaxation session. Great value and the offer of using all the facilities for an entire day is a great bonus we have enjoyed. Staff and massage services are fantastic. For some feedback though: facilities are getting a bit worn and dated, well due for a good refresh/Reno. Nothing major, just a few broken facilities that show a bit of maintenance oversight (Worn walls/cabinetry mainly in change rooms, Every Auto hand soap dispenser I tried didn't work, bathers dryer was out of order apparently for a while but had no signage or attention, shower curtains in men's held up by cable ties and look out of place and don't seem to match the theme of the whole place) only minor gripes, but just the little things that take away from the luxurious feel that it's going for.

Fantastic day spa with a bar right in the heart of the city. May provides an amazing massage - will definitely ask for her next time I visit. Robes are a little tired but the facilities overall are fantastic.

Those of us regulars chat agree on two things: The water in the cold pool for women needs to be much colder in order for it to be of more benefit to us. Secondly, the massages are not as good as you can find in other parts of Brisbane. Apart from those two things, it's perfect!
