3/4 leg wax wasn’t as high up as my old salon, so a bit disappointed especially for paying more. But the girl was lovely and had some good advice for exfoliating.

I was charged $85 for today's treatment, $35 for bikini wax - that's fine. However, I was charged $50 for a thigh wax which is really steep as all I had done was the section above my knees on the back of my legs where I have hormonal growth. The fronts of the thighs weren't done at all (I didn't need them done). It literally took 5 minutes to do the back of my thighs so I was astounded that it cost $50.

The therapist was lovely. Her pressure and technique was really good however I felt like she rushed through the massage. The Massage was half the time it usually is. She was extremely noisey, cleaning up while the mask was on and left the room. In previous treatments this time is for a head or hand massage. A short but very good hand massage was provided but would have lasted 1 minute max for both hands. The treatment was nice but I was disappointed. It definitely wasn't worth $140.

My therapist was running late by 15 minutes . No one bothered to tell me so. I was ready to cancel when she finally appeared. My eye lash tint is hardly noticeable, particularly on bottom ladhes. I had my eyebrows tinted and the therapist has added tint to brow skin to give brows volume. It looks awful. Never again will I go to Ella Bache at Carindale.

Website is difficult to find how to select tint of eyebrow, lash and brow wax
